18 March 2025
Please join us for the next in our series of thought-provoking Executive Roundtables. Our co-host will be Howard Behar, Former President of Starbucks.
From managing a single furniture store to President at Starbucks, Howard is often hailed as “a hero of conscious capitalism,” “a passionate advocate for leading with purpose,” and a devoted student and teacher of the Servant Leadership Model. For 21 years Howard led Starbucks’ domestic business as President of North America, and he became the founding President of Starbucks International opening the very first store outside of North America in Japan. During his tenure, he participated in the growth of the company from only 28 stores to over 15,000 stores spanning five continents. He served on the Starbucks Board of Directors for twelve years before retiring.
Howard will share his insights and experiences with us, and we will have an opportunity to explore what we can learn from him in a peer-to-peer confidential discussions with fellow executives. We would love to have you with us in this exploration and hope that you’re able to join us.
